I’m actively involved in my church, serve as chairperson for the local high school athletic hall of fame, and remain engaged with my high school alumni group. These connections mean a lot to me and reflect the values I bring into my work every day.

Family is at the heart of everything I do. My wife and I have been happily married for 46 years, and we’re grateful for our five adult children, twenty grandchildren, and yes—even six grand dogs! When I’m not in the office, you’ll usually find me spending time outdoors walking, hiking, cycling, hunting, or enjoying water and snow skiing—often with family close by. And if you stop into the office, don’t be surprised if you’re greeted with a smile and a dog treat or two on hand.
